BAY Architecture, which provides services in the field of construction and architecture in Istanbul with the 50 years of experience and knowledge of architect Bayram Yağcı; It was established in 2012 as a project consultancy, construction, engineering, industry and trade limited company and continues to work in the project construction sector.
Architect Bayram Yağcı, the president of our company; He has served in the sector in Russia, Azerbaijan, Ukraine and Turkmenistan and has international knowledge and experience in these geographies as well as his national knowledge.
Our company can provide services especially in the fields of architectural project design, rough and fine construction manufacturing and total project management of residences, villas, hotels, business and trade centers, manufacturing industry buildings.

Bayram Yağcı / Architect
General Manager
He was born in 1951 in Beşiktaş, Istanbul. After primary and secondary school, he graduated from Maçka Vocational High School, Department of Electricity, and in the same year, he entered the Department of Architecture at İDMMA (Yıldız Technical University) and graduated in 1973. He started his business life by joining the family company established in 1971 and provided project services until 1976. It started construction contracting services in 1976.
As a company, construction was carried out in Russia and Azerbaijan between 1992 and 1988. He established a company branch in Turkmenistan in 2004 and managed the company in Central Asia. In 2005, he left the family company and founded Baytek İnşaat. Currently, he continues to serve at Bay Mimarlık İnşaat company.
Between 1992 and 1998, he served as a board member in social organizations, especially the Rize Foundation. He served as a board member of the Turkish Football Federation between 2000 and 2004.
Bayram Yağcı, who is a Beşiktaş J.K. Congress member and a member of the Council Board, married his wife Neşe Yağcı in 1977 and has 2 children named Hande and Tekin and 2 grandchildren named Kuzey and Ömer.
Tekin Yağcı / Industrial Products Designer

He was born in Istanbul in 1979. After completing his primary and secondary education in Beşiktaş, he graduated from Beşiktaş High School.
Later, he started his university life at Yeditepe Faculty of Fine Arts, Department of Industrial Products Design and graduated in 2006. After his graduation, he worked as a manager at Baytek İnşaat company. Later, he served as finishing works chief in various construction companies. It specializes especially in interior office construction.
Tekin Yağcı, who is married and has one child named Kuzey, works as an assistant general manager in the company.
